This was out 3rd year doing out Texas here. Done a little differently this year, by remote. Sandy the receptionist Was pleasant and made our time at this office well spent and our taxes were done in a reasonable time.

This place is excellent. Highly recommended. They definitely changed management, because I had a perfect experience, and the office appeared to be newly renovated with new (much better) employees. Dwayne was awesome and I really didn’t have any issues. I noticed there were bad reviews from prior years, but none of those were even remotely relevant to my experience. It would be a shame if anyone didn’t come here based on past reviews...

Today was one of the BEST experiences I have ever had with doing my taxes. Paulette was extraordinary in customer service, efficiency and kindness and Dwayne was just AMAZING on being fast, professional and thoughtful. Not only did I get a quick refund but it was done so quickly and service was # 1. Thank you so very much!!! 1/30/2020
