I placed a call to Floors2Day, left a message, and received a return call the same day. Within two days, I had an in-home meeting, reviewed samples, was quoted a fair price, and was scheduled for installation the following Mon. The installers (2) arrived on time, worked quickly, had me review the work along the way, cleaned after themselves, then gave me a final inspection before departing. I received my invoice paid-in-full. No hassle, easy scheduling, installation, and a very friendly and professional staff. Excellent service from beginning to the end. I would recommend them. Thanks!

Andy was such a pleasure to work with! I was able to get a quote the same day I called (and I am in Delaware!). This was great because we needed our floors redone quickly. I was able to see what different floor colors looked like in my space through a digital rendering of my living room. Andy is extremely knowledgeable and he was very patient with me as I went back and forth deciding on the perfect floor. There were so many beautiful choices! Through his expertise I was able to pick the one that worked best for my home. On installation day, the crew got started early and finished in just a few hours. The in-home process was super easy! In this day and age of everything being on back order, I was pleasantly surprised that my beautiful carpet was installed within a few weeks of ordering! Installation was well done and professional. Prices were great! I felt like we were well taken care of from beginning to end and the final product looks amazing. I would highly recommend Floors2Day!
