“On July 2, 2024, I had a very disheartening lash experience at the Annapolis location. However, Johnny, the Operations Manager, contacted me immediately to address the situation. He shared my surprise about the service I received and was determined to make things right. Johnny to say the least is amazing and genuinely cares about the business and its clients.

After a consultation with Carissa at the Crofton location, I felt comfortable, understood, and at ease. She assured me that we would get this right without causing any additional damage to my natural lashes. Carissa was phenomenal and incredibly gentle to the touch.

Although my first experience was extremely disappointing, I understand that everyone has bad days. Johnny and Carissa turned my initial experience around and made it much better. Because of their genuine efforts, I have since removed my initial Google review, as my subsequent experience was great, and I look forward to a continued relationship.“

“I purchased a Groupon voucher for a 45 minute foot reflexology with a 30 minute back massage, including hot stones. Highly recommend doing so! The salon is located in an area where you can find things to do before your appointment and or after your appointment-- there is also a lot of parking so you won't have an anxiety attack trying to do so before your appointment. “Walked in for a gel pedicure. The told me to come back in 30 mins, and when I did, they got me in right away. The service was of good quality and the technician cared about my happiness with the finished product. I ended up getting my brows waxed as well. The wax was shaped well.“

I have gone to multiple places for spray tans and the knowledgeable friendly staff has won me over. Not to mention the tan is gorgeous and exactly what I hoped for. “I highly recommend Tech Nails. The people who work there are very nice and it is such a lovely space, full of plants. You can make appointments online. You can pay and tip with a card. They also have Venmo options available. Jennie is very good at designs and they don't mind you asking for artwork. The prices are average for the area. They do such great work! I usually wait too long in between appointments and I almost always break a nail. I haven't broken one yet with their work. They really take their time and do high quality work that lasts! It is a convenient location off of Riva Road with lots of parking. Go check them out!“
