Erin has worked on me 3 times over the years. One was a pre-natal massage in my 8th month of my 4th pregnancy at almost age 40. It relaxed and relieved my body of so much stress. She has a gentle touch and a healing energy that is unmatched.

Erin is wonderful at what she does. She's kind, compassionate, sensitive, and very in tune. I've been getting bodywork from her for two decades and I have not found anyone with the same intuitive sense she has. I've seen her for massage, cranial sacral work as well as pregnancy massage. She was so helpful during my postpartum period to get my body back into balance. She has played a pivotal role in my own person healing journey and I cannot recommend her highly enough.

I highly recommend Erin Kennedy for both Massage and CranioSacral Therapy. The massage is divine and she is very good at detecting and addressing issues such as knots. The massage is relaxing and leaves me with a good sense that my body is flowing and functioning well.When I have more serious issues such as when I re-injure an old back injury, I prefer CranioSacral Therapy from Erin. I find that CranioSacral is effective at facilitating healing to alleviate the more serious problems. I particularly like alternating massage and CranioSacral Therapy depending on what I need.
