I recently settled in Eastport and found Z and Eastport Barber Shop based on neighborhood recommendations. My haircut was fast without feeling rushed and I am very happy with it. Z was fun to talk with and I learned some interesting Annapolis trivia from him. I didn’t have any cash with me (he doesn’t accept credit cards) and he said I could bring it back later— the sign of a friendly neighborhood business.
