I called mid afternoon on Friday and they had a tech out to my house in 20 minutes. They were very professional, straightforward, and kind. They came back at 8 AM the next day and installed a new water heater within 2.5 hours and we were very happy with our experience with this company.
I emailed David to schedule an appointment for a possible appliance leak late in the week. He was able to work around my schedule and had two men here this morning (Saturday) at 8am. Unfortunately I need a new fridge and flooring, but they found the leak - and fixed my toilet handle in less than an hour. Both men were very nice and helpful.
