“We recently completed a Kitchen Renovation with Remodeling Wizards of Maryland, soup to nuts. All new cabinets, counter tops, ceiling, paint, drywall work, plumbing and electrical were moved.This was a big undertaking. From the first contact with Marirose, to the consultation with John and the construction crew in the house, Remodeling Wizards of Maryland are always professional, personable and kind. Further, the bid and contract are easy to understand with no hidden fees or missing work-orders. Though the project took one week longer than estimated, we were always informed about any delays.All general contractors use sub-contractors for certain jobs. With Remodeling Wizards of Maryland, these subs (plumbing and electrical) are also fully bonded and insured and held to the same high standard all employees are expected to maintain.Why we choose to hire them again and again? First, trustworthy. What they say they will do, they do. They care for my home as if it were theirs. From being on time to cleaning the job site every evening, to ensuring we knew what was happening week by week, we were never concerned about the project. Further, the team, from carpenters to office staff are available for questions, returning phone calls quickly and answering questions fully.We added on a fire-rated garage door project while the kitchen was under construction. The process was similar and just as easy. We did need to wait for the door to arrive from the vendor (ProVia) but install was completed in an afternoon, by another professional and personable sub.These were the 4th and 5th projects we've had John and Marirose's team complete. We've had a front door (also ProVia), and a new 20x20 deck installed, plus a soft wash of the house, all done by Remodeling Wizards of Maryland. “KT Tiles did an amazing job with our guest bathroom renovation. This was a 100% renovation that involved removing a 1980 bathroom with a shower enclosure and replacing it with a contemporary, custom built tile shower, floor, and sliding glass doors. Despite the fact some of the 12x24 tile, I had purchase, were slightly warped, Kalev and his team built fantastic shower walls perfectly blending the pattern in the tiles. We had our first guest using the bathroom this week and they were "blown-away" by high great it looks. More importantly, Kalev was great to work with. He was very willing to do what we wanted done, but also very willing to make suggestions for improving on our thoughts and designs. He was also very accommodating about doing additional parts of the overall project; the end result being he did virtually the entire renovation (for very little more than the original estimate). I had another company do our main bathroom renovation (about twice the size) and was charged five times as much for not the same quality of craftsmanship. Bottom line, I have another bathroom to renovate and I will be using KT Tiles.“

They repaired our cracked chimney, painted it, cleaned extensive stains on our roof and applied a sealant. They were careful, thorough and professional. The owner, Peter, was very involved making sure the job was completed to his satisfaction. We found him to be honest and an excellent communicator. We will be using them again!“

“Best construction / contractors we've ever worked with. We had one smaller scope project with RAM to see if it would be a good fit for a major remodel. It went beautifully so we planned and worked the major remodel and couldn't be happier with the experience. Attention to detail, communication, and no corners cut. Getting everything coordinated and completed timely was no easy task with so many moving parts but it happened (major walls being moved, completely moving the kitchen / plumbing around, etc.). We will absolutely be using them again as we round out a few other projects.“

He was there on the dot and had it repaired in about 30 minutes. I also wanted to give him $200 for his time instead of his usual $140, but he was adamant that I only pay his hourly rate. I did give him a little extra for a tip because I was so grateful. I also enjoyed talking to him while he worked. Nice guy, excellent quality and fast. Highly recommend.“
