As is always the case, staff did an exceptional and efficient job and prepared me to see Kim Endres. Kim spent time discussing my current situation and listening to where I am with my pain and activities. She is an exceptional healthcare provider. I would also like to commend Vikki and Stephanie - they are skilled, professional and provide excellent customer service!
My appointment with a provider was easy to make and available the next day. And there was only a short wait to see Kim, the PA. Kim was knowleageable, very personable and efficient. I was impressed with the entire staff at the Annapolis office and how they were welcoming and friendly. I will continue to be a patient of Kim's. Highly recommend her.
