I'm giving 2 stars...I would give 1 star BUT she was able to take me last minute. I needed a simple loc retwist for Easter. She told me my appointment would be at 3 PM, then she text me the day of, asking if i could come at 315 PM... Which was fine for me because I was also running late that day as well, so that was able to buy me some more time. However when I get there, I'm sitting waiting for her for an additional 30 minutes to start my hair. She finally starts around 4 PM, BUT she ended up taking like 20 breaks in between the time she started and the time I had to sit under the dryer. I didn't leave her salon until 8:15ish. The service was good,, the owner very helpful and responsive. The salon was clean and the individuals working were nice. The braider who did my hair unfortunately added too much hair in the knotless braids which caused my head to be very sore (braids were too heavy). Was only able to keep them in my hair for two weeks.
