Changing long term veterinary is difficult until you align when services declined to the date they were puchased. Bay Ridge is the last Annapolis vet practice which services are NOT directly tied to a paycheck, bonus incentives, and employee retention. Vet practices have been gobbled up by hedge funds which has evolved pet rescue into being rebranded as owning a luxury item. So glad I found a local, permanent and reliable vet for my new dog. Everyone (from the front desk, to the vet tech and the veterinarian) was awesome. They knew what they were doing and did it well.

We have found every vet, tech, and other office staff member to be friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and compassionate. They've been through everything with us and our pets.
