Great customer service. They are very patient, professional and kind. My husband was extremely nervous with the recent procedure and was overwhelmed with anxiousness. The staff assured him he would be ok, everything was pain free and they allowed him to get a light anesthesia of laughing gas to help. Have not had any scheduling problems, problems with anyone being rude or unpleasant. We are happy to have found a place to take care of my husband and let us know step by step what would be happening.

This was my first time at Anne Arundel Urology, and I highly recommend it. Both check-in and checkout were great, and my nurse (Danielle) and doctor (Dr. Lian) were excellent, resourceful and caring.
