Update 9/13: We received a call from a manager at Clarksville Heating, who took our concerns in the original review very seriously. The following week a new technician visited and actually troubleshooted the problem. Without going into too much detail, the issue we are having can be very time consuming and challenging to get to the bottom.of, so even after he was done we aren't 100% sure it is fixed. However, we are pleased that he tried to address the underlying problem (instead of just applying a band aid like last time) and he identified and fixed some issues that were very likely at the root of the problem. Saeid performed our semi-annual maintenance service and he installed a surge protector. Additionally, he installed an air purification system. Saeid gave us information concerning the proper type of dehumidifier and fan which we should use. His work and recommendations were outstanding. Saeid is a credit to the company and he performs superior service.
Update: Since buying my HVAC system from Clarksville Heating & Air in 2022, I’ve been extremely pleased with my service contract. Today, Grant came for our latest maintenance. He removed a dead bird from our flue, showed me the hows & whys of humidifier filter replacement & showed pics of the status of our air ducts. He came early, was patient with my questions and friendly throughout. Grant is outstanding just like the rest of the crew at Clarksville.
