My service with Aptive started off rough. A good friend of mine referred me to them. He said he has used them for years and was happy with their service. On my first date I scheduled a service window from 4-6 pm. This is where the problem started. The technician sent me a text around 3 pm saying he was five minutes away. I told him I was just leaving work and would be there by 4. When I got home at 4 I received a text from Aptive around 4:15 saying the tech came and there was no one home. Needless to say I was not happy. I called customer service ready to cancel but they convinced me to give them a second try. On the second time they redeemed themselves. I've had nothing but great experiences with Aptive. My wife and I first moved into our new build November of 2022. We were having issues with roaches. Seems if they had transferred over from our previous apartment in College Park, MD. Initially, we hired a local pest control company, Fogle Pest Control, whom seemed to do the bare minimum when it came to pest control. We stayed with Fogle for about a half to a three quarters of the year when we were approached by a sales person from Aptive offering their services. It’s only been a week and I don’t want to rush to judgment flea traffic is lower we are still seeing ants but overall we were very satisfied with the service especially the technician he was very professional, knowledgeable and courteous throughout the entire process.
