My service with Aptive started off rough. A good friend of mine referred me to them. He said he has used them for years and was happy with their service. On my first date I scheduled a service window from 4-6 pm. This is where the problem started. The technician sent me a text around 3 pm saying he was five minutes away. I told him I was just leaving work and would be there by 4. When I got home at 4 I received a text from Aptive around 4:15 saying the tech came and there was no one home. Needless to say I was not happy. I called customer service ready to cancel but they convinced me to give them a second try. On the second time they redeemed themselves. My technician James showed up in my service window at 5. He was great. He walked me through my home and explained every step of the process. He was more than willing to answer all of my questions. He thoroughly explained my service plan and made sure I was comfortable. After he was finished with my treatment he was on his way home. Even though I was his last appointment for the day he didn't rush the job at all. Thanks to him they earned the 5 stars. I will see how the bugs look in the future but so far I am pleased.
