Jacob was very professional and personable. Since no signs of pests were present he did not try to sell me any treatment plans but made me aware that I could schedule another inspection within 30 days if I felt it was warranted.

Michael is always very pleasant and super friendly, readily gives good information and advice about treatments and pests. He is also always on time or even earlier than given time, which is fine with me.
