I live in Baltimore City on a street that does not a lot of parking at night. Everyday this work truck is parked on the street. My family member and other neighbor work the the second shift which means they come home at around 1:00 to 2:00 am and ride around for parking. The neighbors are now going to put tickets in with the city. The truck # is 15. I walked down and took a picture but it will not pist
