I had accidentally fallen down the stairs while the installers were here.One of the men called 911 and both were extremely kind while waiting for the ambulance. They stayed to finish the job and made arrangements to leave my keys with a neighbour. I am very grateful. I am looking forward to using my new furnace & heat pump and will call tomorrow when I am home and settled to make arrangements to pay.
Trevor and Matt were both terrific! They installed two air conditioners at our house today, July 14, 2020. I was very pleased with their work, their professionalism and their knowledge. I’m happy to recommend Winnipeg supply and especially this team to friends and family. Perry, the sales rep, came to our house about two months ago and he was also excellent. I’ve been a customer of Winnipeg Supply since 1991 and I’ve always been very impressed with their annual service contracts and products. Donna, one of their senior work schedulers and dispatchers also deserves to be mentioned for her years of first rate customer service.
Don D. did the yearly maintenance / tune up on our Air Conditioner and Furnace. Don is friendly and kind. He answered all kinds of questions about how to best operate our furnace and air conditioner to ensure the most economical operation - and explained all of the features. He stated that both the furnace and air conditioner were in good operating order. Don has been servicing our systems for many years, and I trust his assessment of our systems.
