I called Wpg Sewer & Drain on Monday when I found my sewer had backed up & raw sewage was almost at the top of the floor drain in the basement floor. A call was dispatched & Chris & Mohammad arrived within 20 min. They spent the next hour cleaning & unplugging the drain. The next day Mohammad came back to flush out the weeping tiles. I was so shocked to see the debris & sludge that had built up over the 90 year life of my home & thank goodness now flushed out. Both young men were professional, polite, & did a great job. Chris was amazing. He arrived promptly, and was thurough, knowledgeable, amicable, and professional. He took the time necessary to research and locate the source of the problem. He then patiently cleaned out the clogged drain effectively, restoring my drain system to working order, while educating me on preventative maintainance strategies. Wpg Sewer and Drain arrived within 30 minutes to save the day ON THE WEEKEND!!! And I was charged reasonable rates. Great employees, great company, that I highly recommend. Call them!
Called multiple 24/7 companies during an urgent emergency involving flooding in my parent’s home, and none were willing to respond. This company stepped up when others wouldn’t. Plumber arrived on time, addressed the issue immediately, and resolved it quickly. The pricing was significantly better than every other company I contacted in the past—fair, transparent, and outstanding service under pressure. I will absolutely be a repeat customer.
