Called around 1:00am on a Sunday morning and spoke to someone right away; very friendly and professional.Tech called back a couple mins later with my options, which was greatly appreciated!Turns out it was an easy fix that we were able to take care of on our own; however, we called the tech back for help troubleshooting minor question and he was extremely helpful!
