Staff were forthright, honest about what repairs were urgent and what maintenance could wait. My vehicles have never left me stranded anywhere
since I've been bringing them here for service and routine maintenance. I've had some big bills that were a result of parts suppliers and beyond the shop's control. I will always bring my car back to Terry & Rich. Thanks gentlemen.
I recently had a great experience here. We recently moved to the area, so we thought we'd give them a try. Well needless to say we were very pleased with the service received. Fair, friendly, quick and honest. We will definitely be heading back in Spring for more service!
Fair and honest. I've been here a few times and they have always been good. Most recently, I was at the Kia Dealership on McPhillips for a recall fix and they had mentioned our subframe and brakes needed to be replaced due to heavy rust. I took our vehicle here for a second opinion. They checked it out and said that other than some minor rust on some of the rear wheel components the car looks fine, and that the inspection was free. Trustworthy mechanics who won't screw you over just to make some money off you.
