We have had our Vacuflo for many years. In the last few years, I had noticed that it was losing its suction. I called Vacuflo for assistance. Jefferson took my call and asked me: When was the last time you cleaned your filter? To which I responded: What filter!! Jefferson sent me a link to a video on how to do it. Five minutes later, my husband was in the garage unclogging the filter. It now works like a charm. Thank you Jefferson for your kind assistance and not trying to ‘upsell’ me on another fix.

The motor quit on the 32 yr old vacuflo that came with our house. I purchased a replacement and found Al and his staff extremely knowledgeable and friendly. There are so many more impressive options available nowadays! The new vacuflo had noticeably more power than the old one and I am very pleased to have bought such a high end product at a good price and with an amazing warranty! I highly recommend them!

Our home is 18 years old and we wanted to make some changes to our existing Vacuflo system. The team we dealt with consisted of Alan, Jefferson & John. They were knowledgeable, professional, responded to emails and requests in a very timely manner, showed up when they said they would in all instances.
