It was my first visit & Melanie was my hairstylist, she did some highlights and a haircut ?♀️. All the staff were friendly & the shop is very clean. Melanie is super friendly & very knowledgeable. Thanks very much Melanie, I had a fantastic afternoon & it was nice meeting you.

it was my first (and definitely not the last) time visiting the sapphire hair lounge! i was looking to switch up my hair for the summer, and brianna absolutely did not disappoint!! she was an absolute joy to work with and i’ve never been so in love with my hair :) all of the staff are phenomenal and extremely friendly, accommodating and welcoming!! i can’t recommend this place enough!!

lovely atmosphere with the kindest people working here. even as someone with autism, i felt comfortable and the stylists were considerate enough to give me a break when i needed it. would definitely recommend coming here :)
