Fantastic facial from Lori. Great value for money and successfully targeted all the skin issues I was having. Better equipment and skills than other places I’ve tried in the city.

I love the magic room, I always go there and get treated nicely.. but today nov 25, 2023 i went for my birthday and got the worst pedicure and when I let the receptionist kno she completely ignored me. She was rude after i finished pay for what I was unhappy about she told me I can go now. I tried to let it go but I couldn’t so I call the store asking how can I place a complaint she told to call on Tuesday to talk to the owner, so I leave my name and number. She place me with a apprentice and did not let me kno then ignored me after. Anyways I will not stop going there because of her but am not happy with the way she handle the situation that’s all
