took advantage of my girl .poor communication, not sure if he understood English very well. we asked for 1 test at a time and after the blood test he knew the answer but kept doing tests that came to 1300. which by the way quoted over the phone with me 1300 for everything including the emergency stay at hospital. was false his fees where 1300 alone. so unable to take my cat to emergency vet. my vet was busy and when we told her she was so mad. DONOT TAKE YOUR pet here. scammers. also no detailed bill was provided.
