This was the best experience I have had with a company in a long time. My call was addressed first thing in the am and an appt made asap. Dane was polite and knowledgeable and incredibly helpful. He assessed the problem quickly, offered options and solutions and went out of his way to accommodate both my questions and my time. He even took on a second “ job” while he was here with efficiency and professionalism. He even allowed my 14 year old dog to lie sleeping beside him while he worked. An incredible employee and I will definitely be calling Shorty’s and Dane again. Thanks so much.
Work was done by Dane. He is very professional, explains what needs to be done as he goes along. Very polite, and makes sure everything is in working order before he leaves. I would recommend Shorty's Plumbing to anyone. Thank you.
How can I begin to praise and thank Shorty's Plumbing and especially plumber Dane for what they did for me?! First of all they were so accommodating with all of my rescheduling, then the work Dane did was superb, the price they charged was more than reasonable and Dane went above and beyond his call of duty to actually help me in an emergency I was undergoing as he arrived! I AM BEYOND GRATEFUL AND IMPRESSED WITH DANE AND SHORTY'S PLUMBING!!!
