We are having issues with our heater for a while now. I inquired Thursday afternoon and heat was back the following day. Owner offered to change the motor first which I really appreciate instead of pushing you to get the whole furnace changed right away. Very quick, reliable and reasonably priced! During last week's heat wave, we came home to find our house unusually warmer than usual. We found that the A/C fan outside was stopped spinning. Called Sarte Heating & Cooling office and service call was logged in. Within 30 mins Sammy responded and he came right away. He found the issue, replaced the part and was done within 30 mins.
