Everyone is so kind! Kim listens and takes time to understand where things are hurting f before coming up with a plan of action to help soothe and the tension. She is a true master, as I am sure the other team members are as well. Everything is connected and Kim seems to know exactly how to help every time! Thank you so much!!!
