Not sure where my first review went but I am very satisfied with the work that was done by Mohammad. He is very good in what he does and add his great customer service and we have a 5 star employee right there. No wonder his name always comes up in the reviews. Guy is a legend!

My experience with Root-Rooter was awesome, the technician was incredibly smart, courteous, and knowledgeable about the job as a whole. Mohammed was the name of the young man, and was pleasant to be around and fixed everything within a reasonable amount of time. The professionalism he displayed throughout the entire process as well as the speed with which he completed the work were greatly appreciated. I enjoyed meeting him and was impressed by the amount of knowledge he possessed. In the future, I will certainly ask for him and I will recommend Roto Rooter to my family and friends. I would like to thank the team for their efforts as well.
