I want to commend your technician Shane for coming out to our home to clear our sewer line. He is truly a great ambassador for your company. I appreciate that he came to our home on the Saturday evening of a long weekend. He quickly cleared the tree roots from our sewer line and cleaned up the debris. I couldn’t have expected anything more!

I had 3 plumbers come out and “clean” my main drain with no success. Rocket Rooter came out and the technician was Shane and within about half an hour he had water running through my main drain. He seem to know his stuff. I will definitely be calling these guys again. And the price was reasonable. Thanks so much
