The furnace installation team was perfect. The air conditioning installation team was very good. Oscar, the service technician, was a pleasure to be around, knowledgeable, helpful and made the difference between no deal and a very expensive purchase. If you're on a tight budget do what you must. If you have the money to spend though Reliance provides very good service. I couldn't imagine utilizing another AC/ Furnace company.
The tech was on time, polite and knew his stuff. I felt that he (and the company) was honest about the state of my AC (it needs to be replaced) and the unit would be able to be replaced within 24 to 48 hours. That was a bonus for me.
He also made some suggestions about the new unit that will work out for us.
In short, I trust him and the company.
