Reliable installed a hot water tank, furnace and air conditioning system May 6, 2024. Excellent service from Terry the estimator to Paul, to Adam and a few other technicians as ours wasn't a typical install. Professional, courteous and knowledgeable. However we had a circuit board issue with the a/c unit. This took some time to determine. Once Adam determined the problem he contacted Tim in the office who came to our rescue and was able to get approval for a replacement unit under warranty. Highly recommend Reliable for the professionalism and integrity of their entire staff.
Clint provided excellent info and helped us choose the best unit for our needs. We had a lot of questions and he explained everything very well, including options for Manitoba Hydro financing and/or rebates. He then completed all of the paperwork and made the whole process seamless. We live in an extremely remote area, and most companies are not interested in travelling outside the perimeter. Clint assured us that they would be happy to travel to our home and install the heat pump/ AC that we had agreed upon. Adam from Reliable Heating & AC came out today, on time and as scheduled, to do an annual inspection of our two AC systems. I was very impressed by the thoroughness of his inspection and maintenance, his knowledge and his professional friendly manner. The price was reasonable too! We will continue to rely on Reliable to keep our units in tiptop working order.
