Red River has seriously saved the day for us.We did so much trial and error with many different things on our furnace, and nothing would fix it.We had an issue with our flame sensor and kept having errors (which would eventually cause the furnace to fail).We consulted with several companies and HVAC professionals and were still trying to figure it out.They did an excellent job of separating everything, troubleshooting, and cleaning it properly, and finally, the errors disappeared!Thank you so much for fixing our furnace and all the insight; it's been working for several weeks.We would highly recommend Red River for their services and expertise, especially if you have...read full review

This review is ultra-POSITIVE for Red River Furnace & Duct Cleaning (RR). In November, 2023, I needed furnace & ducts cleaned after a recroom reno. On the day that the duct cleaning was being done, I was in the recroom with my Contractor, Claudio R. The staff person, JESSE, from RR showed me/us photos of the (extremely EXTREMELY) dirty ducts. The Contractor said that Red River Furnace & Duct Cleaning are THE BEST, and, that he uses them too. So, by such good coincidence, the Contractor and I looked at the photos and the Contractor told me to "get it all done". I saw the "after" photos and what a difference. I had a really good experience with the technicians sent out to clean my furnace ducts and my dryer vent. They were friendly, courteous and knowledgeable, came on time and were highly efficient. They explained everything they were doing and did not mind me shadowing them the whole time they were working. I also had my furnace inspection done. But due to a miscommunication between me and the person booking the appointment the technician they sent out was qualified to do the inspection but not licensed to give me the fire and paramedic certificate that my condo corporation requires and they had to send out another service person who was licensed to give me that certificate....read full review
