We have dealt with RF appliance twice now (through whirlpool), and both experiences have been absolutely amazing. Not only were both of their employees incredibly nice and knowledgeable, they also gave us a call before coming (as we had requested), which was a huge help!
We had dealt with a nightmare of an experience trying to get our oven fixed with another appliance repair company (also through whirlpool), which had taken close to two months and resulted in our oven still not being fixed. RF appliance repair was then assigned to the job, came in, diagnosed and repaired our oven in less than a week!

Every situation is unique and in this case I was able to talk with the owner (following my review) which was post service and really felt as thought we were able resolve my concerns.
Essentially we had called to repair our Washing Machine and we’d written down the codes related to the error that was showing up. When I talked to the person who answered the phone and informed them of the exact codes I was hoping to get a rough idea of how much the total cost might be.

Dennis attended to our home to repair our new Samsung fridge. His company made him aware that I had to pick grandchildren from school which was unexpected. He arrive promptly at 1:00 o’clock so I could pick them up. With his history of appliances he had the fridge fixed quickly. Dennis was very personable, knowledgeable, and professional. Will be calling RF Appliance in the future. Thank you for taking care of us.
