Grandmas car overheated so we took it to her shop and I met the owner Rick for the first time and one of his mechanics. Not only did he fix the problem by the following day, he was friendly to deal with and very understanding. Highly recommend this shop!

I brought my vehicle in to Rick recently for a few concerns. He always provides an estimate if I request one and explains problems in detail that arise after diagnostics. I have always enjoyed my experiences with Portage West Auto Service and will continue to bring my vehicle to this business.
