There was no hard sell and they encouraged us to visit their showroom before deciding who use. The pre-installation team patiently dealt with a lot of detailed questions about where units could be positioned and pipes could run, so we had a very clear picture of what the installation would be like and there were no surprises. The installation manager went the extra mile and came to the site before the installation to go through the positioning of the external unit we wanted to achieve and check it was feasible.
