Arrived to pick up my dry cleaning during the scheduled Saturday hours of 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM, only to find it closed without any notice on the door. When I called the number listed, it directed me to a general voicemail.

Terrible cleaning. Terrible customer service.I dropped off four cotton work shirts to be laundered and pressed w startch. At that time the clerk asked if I wanted their shirt washing service for about $4 or blouse dry cleaning for about $15. I confirmed: washing and ironing for $4. When I picked up my shirts the salesperson charged me $60 for dry cleaning and told me because the buttons were on the wrong side, they were obviously women’s shirts and did not qualify for laundering. Worst service , worst experience so far.. I dropped off my coats on Nov 3rd, 2023. And i have got the recepit to get it back on Nov 13,2023 ( Monday) ,when i came in the lady said we dont have ur coats with us right now..we will give you a call when they here.. Today is DEC 4, 2023... I waited alomst a month and nobody called me if my coats are there... I walked in today & Debbie the lady at front was rude, as I asked why no body get back to me, she said we dont call its not our responsibility ,if computer gave us time & date we dont guarntee if the stuff will be delivered the same day.
