They were able to get the fish oil and fish smell out of my down jacket, and a down is just as fluffy. Lesson learned, I won't take this fishing again but I am so thankful that they were able to do such a good job

Never have had a bad experience. The team here are courteous, kind, and quick. Have been coming here for several years since switching from a competitor with absolutely no problems.
