We contacted Oswald Construction regarding work to be done on the recommendation of Gordon from Parson's Plumbing - we have an addition off our kitchen which has a crawl space and our addition needed extra electric heaters to heat this space. Gordon thought highly of this company. This crawl space had hard & Batt ( pink) Insulation. We contacted Oswald Construction and they started to work on our basement and crawl space. The young fellows cleared the crawl space of all insulation in the crawl space. this is a very small space to work and they cleared all the insulation that was there. and there was a lot of it and it was a dirty and unpleasant job. We had a new deck built and we had Oswald come and finish the ceiling under the deck. The project wasn't too large but they made me feel like it was a priority for them. We problem solved and they came up with the necessary ventilation and contemporary materials necessary to complete the project! Thank you, I love the look of the living area!

The team from Oswald was great to deal with from the very first visit to the final walkthrough. The input on design, layout and materials they offered was very informative and provided the guidance we needed to bring our vision together. The onsite team was always friendly, organized and had things in order whenever they left site whether it was for the day or the weekend. We will be looking to hire Oswald again in the future and that is the biggest testament!Service: Home addition construction
