She is a knowledgeable, upbeat, supportive, kind, patient and an understanding professional who goes above and beyond. The first time I had an xray was after a major car accident and she ran upstairs to see by doctor for clarity to ensure the xray would provide the necessary information needed for my doctor. This resulted in me having accurate information the first time rather than having to come back. I recently had to go for another xray and Kayla is so knowledgeable and curious; a true advocate in our health care system. This is a small xray clinic and she is the only staff but we never waited very long and she is so seamless with her ability to both xray patients efficiently and connect directly with patients, but in a way that does not feel rushed. She is a true gem in a health care system that is overwhelmed may not always run do smoothly.“
