Mike Booth is an incredibly skilled and knowledgeable massage therapist. He has helped manage my back issues more than any other service provider to date. I can be in serious pain going in and he consistently manages to ease my discomfort and also provides me with useful exercises to further reduce pain and inflammation at home. He is also listens to what areas are bothering you and makes every effort to tackle them. If you are in pain, I highly recommend him!!!

Always have a great experience here and have been coming for years. Nice and clean and pleasant atmosphere. Excellent quality massage especially for sports. Mike is very knowledgeable about sports injuries. This is the only place I go for massage in Winnipeg ( I have been to 2 out of the 3 locations) .
