Edward is exceptional! I bought my android box from him years ago and bring it back every once in a while to get updated. He always works in a timely manner and I’m always a satisfied customer. We need more IT people like Edward- he is truly a trustworthy and professional business owner.
As other comments indicate by, Edward is friendly and professional. I was coming to replace my hard drive for my computer yesterday and the price is reasonable. He also provided various useful suggestions for me to maintain my desktop. Definitely recommended!
Quick turnaround, great prices, great customer service. We were quoted 2 weeks at a bigger computer repair shop, but Edward was able to get it done in a fraction of the time. Don’t bother looking elsewhere for computer repairs, this is the one you want to go to!
