The quality of the products, such as the sod and some of the trees and shrubs, was not as good as expected, and several of them did not survive the first year, requiring replacement. Additionally, the crews changed a couple of times, which created duplicate work on the hardscape and added to the delay of the project. Despite these concerns, the client was overall happy with the design and end result and would recommend Lawn 'N' Order for their project. Another client has been using the company for years and cannot imagine not using them, while a third client has had a positive experience with the company's attention to detail, competitive pricing, and timely completion of work.
