Larwyn Custom Homes built our 3000 sq ft bungalow and we are very happy with the end result. From initial design, to finished lower level, Larry's experience, quality trades, and extensive list of contacts, enabled us to work through all challenges that were encountered, and got the job done. Even though Larry allowed us to be very involved through the entire build process - we were only 13 months from first concrete pour, to move-in - an acceptable timeframe for a custom build with both levels finished.Many thanks to Larry and his people.D & H - East St. Paul

We have used Larwyn Custom Homes on three occasions, first to build an addition and deck to our home, then renovate our kitchen, and finally to remodel our bathroom. We are delighted with the results. The level of workmanship in all projects was superb! Gerald, Jason and Curtis are indeed master craftsmen! The owner, Larry, provided us with many helpful suggestions as to not only design, but also the wide range of materials that might be used. For novices like us, this was extremely helpful. Larry from Larwyn’s Custom Homes was contracted to build an addition to our late 60’s home. Larry was asked to provide a vaulted high ceiling add on to a bungalow style roof. This seemed like a daunting task but Larry, his design team and building crew did an amazing job putting the package together and completing the project without making it look like an add on. Larwyn’s and their sub trades were great to work with. They were always Prompt, Courteous, and Professional. Leadership does always start at the top.
