It has a horrible experience the receptionists were rude and it took almost an hour to get called had to go there 2 times, they don't respect people's times and what time they book an appointment

Went today at 10:30 am to see doctor Gupta .was told to wait for 2 hours . Waited for almost 3 hours called in to check how much longer the wait will be the receptionist told that we have 2 patients before us we went inside the clinic in order to wait for our turn . waited for another 20 minutes then checked back at reception the lady wasn’t even able to find to my name at first then she said we have at-least 3 patients before us as there was an appointment walked in . If u would’ve given the idea that it will be that long we would have went to another clinic .
