Katie is unprofessional, rude and manipulative. She arrived 25 minutes late for the house inspection and became ruder and ruder as the tour went on, even demanding the names of previous cleaners we'd had. She was quite shocked when I told her I expected furniture and trinkets etc to be moved when cleaning. She then wildly exaggerated the time needed to clean the house and the cost was so high it was laughable. Definitely a company to avoid. PH
