I have used J Max a couple times, and they have been absolutely outstanding. Constantly keeping me in the loop, they get the job done in a timely matter and they truly care about their customers.

Jmaxx staff have excellent customer service and go above and beyond to help you out. They don’t upsell you on getting things done that needn’t be done. They helped out my sister who was visiting from out of town and fit her in at the end of the day so she could drive home safely. My vehicles are in the best hands when I take them in to JMaxx Auto.

I just dropped my suv off to have the bumper fixed. Both times I have come to JMax, all the staff has been 20/10 accommodating and generally so nice to deal with. I just witnessed a not so nice customer come in and demand service instead of waiting for an appointment and the way the staff dealt with them, and also looked at their vehicle when they didn’t have to was top notch! This place is absolutely a leader for customer service and other businesses and companies should take a page out of their book!
