Amazing instructors, engaging and fun for all ages. Excellent Covid protocols and flexible times & days for training. I highly recommend Iron Fist.

IRON FIST just hosted a great 4th birthday for my son. They led the group through a class, which included an obstacle course and a great lesson on setting goals and trying your best. My son was shaking with excitement all throughout the party and we will proudly display the piece of wood he kicked through in his room for years to come. Thank you Iron Fist. Highly recommended for parties and lessons!

As a result of how we teach at our Martial Arts school, students don't just learn how to just kick and punch their way to self defence but also all the other benefits that goes along with learning the Arts like gaining self confidence and discipline. Learning how to handle stress by bettering fitness level which releases endorphins to keep you calm and happy. Who do you know that needs confidence, discipline, or maybe some form of self defence or just needing to be more fit so they are more happy people?
