“Returned from trip to find toilette slow leak had stained floor. Thought I'd try Shorty's. Was very pleased with both dispatcher and Erik the service chap was very accomodating in going to another job to allow me to pop out to buy a new toilette (thought water intake line was the problem but Erik spotted cracked porcelain tank as the issue) then when he finished the other job, he efficiently installed the new toilette and a new shut-off valve.
