She went above and beyond to make us feel taken care of, by fitting us in at the same time and bouncing back and forth between foils, toner and cuts. She even took an extra 10 minutes to cut my son's hair (1.5 year) when she hardly had any time to spare. She truly is the blonde queen as Ayo recommended to us. “Had my hair rebond and haircut for the 1st time. The owner/stylist at 1st may appear intimidating but actually is very social and passionate about her work. She will tell you if the style will fit you or not and will recommend what's best. She will also provide feedback and honest opinion which I really appreciate. Though the process took about 3 hours, I didn't feel disconnected from the stylist as she continued checking up on me (unlike the other salon where I felt like I was a ghost the whole 3hrs or so; customer service does matter just so they know).

I loved the end product and it was the 1st time I actually truly got the haircut I showed a hairstylist. I have a thicky, frizzy and curly hair and the whole time, I did not feel rushed nor was the process of rebonding and getting the right result being rushed by the stylist. I made an appointment, came in time and received the service and rightful time without feeling like I was just another number for that day.

I will definitely continue to have my hair done there and recommend this place to my friends (keep up the same good and quality service/ product outcome)
