“I spent years of time and thousands of dollars trying laser hair removal with no success. I felt I had no choice but to try electrolysis. After having my first consult with Marcia it was clear that she was results driven- and I was wanting results. She spent the time to educate me on the difference between laser vs. electrolysis, but was transparent that it would not be fast, and it would not be cheap. She even encouraged me to have consults with other electrologists and wait before starting to allow for a more effective first treatment.
